Great

The ower is a very nice and friendly man. The room was very big and with all the comforts. There is the possibility to rent the bicycle directly at the guesthouse for a very cheap price. Chiang Mai is a fantastic place to visit and Neo Court is a perfect solution where to stay.

The sister of a man I assumed to be the owner was charming and obviously wanted to help us. Cleaner was also helpful and friendly

Usual Thai tatty - missing door to bathroom - ceiling fan not working - no remote for tv - pillows like bricks - noisy (near traffic lights) - the small amount of greenery in the court seemed to attract a large number of mosquitoes (please do not spray the only greenery!) - and the owner said he would give us a receipt for our three-day stay and failed to do so. All in all, OK for an overnight stay, but overpriced at 450 baht for a fan room.
